Our timetable represents all training opportunities throughout the week.
All of our training is designed with a purpose and honours the varying needs of a woman's body while simultaneously building her up mentally with the support of INCREDIBLE women!
You will be fully guided through every session at a pace that feels supportive to you, especially if you're just starting out.
Individualised program-based strength & conditioning providing powerful results for all levels.
This class supports women in building strength, body awareness, functionality, and bone density. You'll be exposed to new movements with plenty of options to regress or progress to suit your energy, cycle, level, goals and training history.
You'll move at your own pace, and be completely guided through each exercise while tracking your progress.
Your coaches will consistently check in and offer technique-feedback and tips on how to improve and progress week to week.
Your training programs will be provided to you in your first session and can be switched out to suit your schedule. Our focus is on ensuring you're moving safely, efficiently and with confidence.
MindBody Strong will enable you to squat, hinge, carry, push and pull with confidence! All of these movement patterns mimic real life and will support you for years to come!
If you're looking to truly challenge yourself through strength and performance, our programs are designed to lead you into maximal lifting safely. And if you're an athlete or participate in any form of sport, our programs will help you build body resilience and reduce your risk of injury.

Our focus is on performance, technique and ensuring each session holds a purpose that will make a positive difference for you on every level (energetically, physically and mentally).
MindBody Sweat will enable you to expand your lung capacity, move your body for minutes at a time, and produce results specific to your goals. All of these elements will support you in your MindBody Strong programs and for years to come!
If you're looking to truly challenge yourself through varying forms of cardio, our programs are designed to lead you into energy-system training safely. And if you're an athlete or participate in any form of sport, your programs can be adapted to support the demands required of your body.

A nervous-system reset that promotes healing & recovery.
This class is a yin-style stretch class with a focus on breathwork and guided meditation.
You'll be completely guided through this class by our Head Coach & Founder, Ellen.
Ellen's focus is on harmonising the nervous system and nourishing internally.
MindBody Flow will enable you to feel more grounded, clear and calibrated while supporting your muscles in their recovery process.
If you're looking to truly transform your energetic, emotional and/or physical state, this is the class for you.
MindBody Flow is included in all memberships.
