PERSONAL TRAINING (1 ON 1 & 2 ON 1)
Personal training offers the best of both worlds.
The flexibility to train on your own schedule and the accountability & support of working towards your specific goals with your coach.
Our PT service is great for women of all levels including beginners, sportswomen & athletes, and women looking to turn it up a notch or needing a platform for rehab or injury support.
It's common for our group training members & athletes to part-take in our personal training periodically for commitment and precise short-term goals.
All of our PT services include access to unlimited group training (no additional cost), inclusivity in our community, and direct access & support with your coach.
Your coach will ultimately become your cheerleader & mentor in performance, recovery, nutrition, supplementation, and mental & emotional support.
You will be seen, heard and supported in every sense of the word.
STARTING PERSONAL TRAINING
Your coach will ask for a 12-week minimum commitment. In this time they'll perform an initial consult which includes movement screening, performance testing, goal setting and a deep dive to ensure you're setup to achieve everything you imagine.
All sessions, scheduling, guidance, support and planning is communicated directly with your coach.
Your coach will help you plan for success and overcome any foreseen and unforeseen obstacles and challenges that may arise during your time together.
Personal training is the next level and will require your commitment and willingness to show up and put in the work in exchange for the time, energy and commitment of your coach.
EMPOWER EDUCATE INSPIRE
PT MEMBERSHIPS & OUR SISTERHOOD
All of our personal training memberships include unlimited access to all group classes, our online sisterhood Facebook group, events, nutrition mission & challenges, workshops and an all-female community.
1 x 1 on 1 Personal Training includes 1 x 60 minute PT per week and is a great opportunity to learn and excel quickly. This membership is $85 per week.
1 x 2 on 1 Personal Training includes 1 x 75 minute PT per week with a partner, friend or family member. The vibe of training with a buddy just as determined as you are is next level. We may have a partner for you if you don't already have one. This membership is $79 per week per person.
2 x 1 on 1 Personal Training includes 2 x 60 minute PT sessions per week and is a great option for turning it up a notch and/or those in need of flexibility with their schedule. This membership is $140 per week.
You can upgrade, downgrade, hold and cancel your membership at any time and your membership payments occur as a weekly direct debit on a day of your choice.
Downgrading, holding and cancelling your membership is done via email to our membership queen with a required 3-weeks notice.
It's not unusual for us to get together for movie nights, beach swims, coffee & breaky dates, and outdoor nature walks & hikes. Many of our ladies have formed beautiful friendships and spend time together outside of the gym.
Our sisterhood is a safe container to be yourself and have your experience with immense support and celebration.
We are always posting videos, sharing recipes, and teaching about nutrition, the body, women's cycles & hormones, performance, recovery, supplements and anything & everything mindset, resilience, emotions, confidence, body celebration, and empowerment.
We have close relationships with many allied health professionals in holistic health, acupuncture, physiotherapy, chiropractic and sports nutrition & supplementation, and we call upon them from time to time to share and support you on your journey also.
